Those who have taken these classes have been very satisfied with the results as I have been. The curriculum is more personalized to the individual's fit issues. I offer uninterrupted attention to the attendee. It takes the stress off both of us because there is no competition for my time and no waiting (wasting time) waiting for instrtuction.
